Across more than 15 years in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical technology, and corporate venture capital, I have developed a rare ability to assess scientific potential and translate it into commercially relevant action.
At Lonza, I lead external innovation for Integrated Biologics, directing opportunity discovery, technology evaluation, co-investment, licensing, and partnership execution. I established the governance and decision processes that support the portfolio while building relationships across leading innovation hubs in Europe and the United States.
Previously, at Carl Zeiss, I shaped investment strategy in digital health and diagnostics and led transactions from sourcing to execution. At Materialise, I combined product leadership, global commercialization, and academic collaboration to grow a medical software business with $20 million in annual revenue.
